Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1) Can I pay in a currency other than INR or USD?
Session fees are fixed based on the client’s location. Resident Indians pay in INR and all other International Clients pay in USD.
2) Do you offer packages for multiple sessions?
Yes. For online sessions, 10% off is available on a 3-session package and 15% off on a 5-session package. A 10-session transformation package is also available for deeper work and can be discussed after initial contact.
3) What are the cancellation terms?
In case you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please get in touch at least 24 hours in advance. Because that dedicated block of time is set aside specifically for you, sessions missed or changed within 24 hours will be charged the full fee.
4) Are there any other booking terms?
Free Consultation: This complimentary pre-session is offered only once to all new clients. Request yours here.
Paid Sessions: Appointments for paid sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of fees and can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the Free Consultation / Paid Session will be considered as availed.
