Supporting adults to understand and transform beliefs, behaviours and patterns that affect daily life, relationships and emotional wellbeing is at the core of my work.
I do this because I have lived on both sides of the fence – the high-pressure analytical world of the mind and the deeper, quiet space of healing.
I understand how exhausting it is to stay trapped in your own head, trying to logically think your way out of stress or repeating patterns and I also know the profound relief that comes when you finally find the tools to untangle those deeper roots.
My own path began 28 years ago with my first Reiki attunement that introduced me to a daily self-healing practice. Alongside this personal inner work, I spent over 17 years navigating demanding corporate roles across Real Estate, Clinical Research, Medical Transcription and Training.
Living with the friction between external responsibilities and internal growth redefined how I view healing. It taught me that solutions require both practical common sense to handle real-world demands and the quiet grounding to safely face what is happening underneath. This realization led me to train in advanced therapeutic modalities for deep subconscious and systemic work.
